EligibilityTo be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.Please email justice@fairycrystalco.com with your order number and a photo of the item to begin the return process.2. Non-Returnable ItemsSale or clearance itemsCustom or personalized productsDigital downloads or e-gift cards3. RefundsOnce your return is approved and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus shipping costs). Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear.4.
